By purchasing from victorianfolly.com, you authorize Victorian Folly to charge your credit card or other payment method for the agreed upon amount, plus any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Payment in full is due at time of purchase. Payment is accepted through PayPal, all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), as well as Apple Pay. 

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with an item, please contact Victorian Folly (victorianfolly@gmail.com) or through the Contact Us form within three (3) days of delivery. If contacted within three (3) days of delivery, an exchange or refund will be initiated. Once either exchange or refund is selected, items must be post-marked no more than seven (7) days of original delivery.

Exchanges: For exchanges, items must be returned in same condition as it was received. An exchange will be sent after original item is received by Victorian Folly and examined for condition. Failure to return item in proper condition will result in cancellation of exchange and a partial refund depending on damages. 

Refunds: For refunds, items must be returned in same condition as they were sent and refund amount will be the original total minus all shipping costs. Failure to return item in proper condition will result in a partial refund depending on damages.
